It was so fun to have Erik back and have one more fun activity to do in Preston!

Its been a while.... Here is what we have been up to:

a update to our travels

Well we made it home.

Erik met with two doctors in Boise one we loved one not so much!

We get to Preston Erik is feeling sick so he is in bed all Saturday and I am nice enough to leave the older kids with him and gram,  and head to a Football game with my sister in law (hadn't been to one since HS I think) Fun see old friends!!

Saturday I pay to have Erik ride the Logan shuttle so I don't have to waste time driving to SLC, At this point Becky is getting over the one day flu.. but we are hoping she will feel up to going out to do some trick or treating,

Sunday we are all feeling kinda sick so we stay home.. (at grammy's Becky's living with my parents while her house is getting built)

Monday have planed to go to a concert thing with just the girls... and I get the flu...

Tuesday feeling better but that night Ethan woke up not breathing well, me scared called Erik at 2 in the morn. he has a bad croppy cough...

Wends. Erik fly's from Denver after seeing like 14 doctors and 7 would let him for in there offices and is off to AZ

Thursday I say enough and Becky and I spend all day in Logan shopping dragging my sick kids...

Friday Sadie wakes up not breathing well... same story... That night my dad came to Brandons and we had Thanksgiving dinner with him... Fun but that night I cant sleep because I cant breath very well, and worried all night Mitchell was going to get this croppy cough..

Saturday comes. Sadie LOCKS my keys in my car, Luckily its Preston, What else do cops do there but help people like me..... Thank you for saving me 45 bones!!

I go get Erik who left his phone charger in Denver and now is using my phone just in cause any of these DOC. call..

He tells me about AZ, how much I will love it, he loves this Doc down there, and has now said its between Boise and AZ.. So we have lots of praying to do..

But the story doesnt end. Because I have sick kids I didnt want to go stay with my friend, so we left Sunday morn. No we made it home safe, I know you were thinking I was going to say we got a flat tire or something but we did make it home safe, we went and drove around Boise.... Eagle area.. But it was raining... and that is one thing I'm trying to get away from.. heehee no it was nice!!

But today monday. I wake up and Erik has left with my phone, the cords to the computer (which is dead from the trip) and the car... So I had one of those days... I felt very trapped in my basement.

But it is NOV. and I am very grateful! Erik went shopping on his way home, we have milk now! And we now have two places where we could live and he feels like we don't have to keep looking! I am grateful for the colors I see out my window!! I love this time of year! And greatful for such an amazing family that I got to be will for a week, they took great care of me while I was sick and I miss them all so much!

Made it home with a new Look and Feeling fresh!

I made it home Monday morning at  2:30 a.m. it was hard to leave but it always feels good to be home.  I need to get in the grove of things again, and its hard to when you didn't get much sleep. I had a fun trip all but the Roxy scare, a little update, Roxy is stable. No changes. 2 or so days ago they changed the breathing tube out because the first tube they used from the life flight was too large for the size of her little tubes; and they didn't want to injure her airway and make further complications with swelling etc. They have tried to ween her off the ventilator; but her co2 levels start to go up. Trying again she is doing good and breathing on her own. Becky got to hold her yesterday for the first time in 9 days so yesterday was a great day! Oh I made this for little Roxy it looked Roxyish right??

We did enjoy seeing everyone, the day I got there I just hung out with sister and mom and then that night Becky had her baby and then she was to put on a temple picture party, which I just got it all ready and we had a blast, I'm sad I didn't take pictures I did it with my best friend, and lots more fun people.

We got to watch Conner (my nephew)  at one of his wrestling matches which he just pinned both boys right a way.  My aunt and cousins come up from California and it was fun seeing them her boys love Erik so they had a good time.  We went and saw Becky and baby Roxy on Wednesday and then picked up Erik at the airport.  We went out and ate at Crown Burger one of our favorites in SL then went to the church museum, It has been updated since I had been there many years ago it was fun, Ethan got an ear ache and so it cut the looking around short but it was nice what we did see, Ethan was hoping for a little night at the museum action to happen I think. It was fun, Sadie loved the childrens part where she could take care of a doll in nursery it was cute.

Then on Saturday I went and got my hair cut and high lighted- big change, I cute about a foot off. It feels so good. A fresh new me for spring-

I went home last month to surprise my nephew at his baptism. The week before I talked to Conner on the phone and he said "Tina I aspect you to be here next weekend" I'm like oh ok.. ya I wish Conner. then I got off the phone and talked to my mom and she said if you come I will pay! So I got in the car the next day! It was so fun to see how excited he was, and to surprise everyone else.

Looking at the pictures your thinking hummm why is he in cammo?? well he also is a huge hunter and the day of his babtism, was the first day of hunting sesaon and well they shot two deer. So of course if you know Conner you would know that as soon as he he could he would be back in his cammo... Love ya buddy! I'm so glad that you made the choice to be babized!

california trip

While we were visiting the Hulets Micheal our bro-in-law took us on a plane ride, it was fun all but the part when Erik was flying and Micheal showed him how to do something, made me think we were headed to our deaths- really I was so scared, then Micheal told us he did on purpose, I felt a little better but  not much! 

So this is Erik thinking we are super rich and cool!

This is Hannah and Rebbecca they ran right into each other and gave themselves some great black eyes.

We were so happy to see Scott and Joyce, they flew in from Denver- they had the magic touch with Sadie.

Preston trip

So we as in me and the kids came down to Preston to my nephews baptism on Saturday, it was so fun to surprise everyone. It was well worth the long drive! I got to stay with one of my best friends that was visiting her mom in Boise and then came up. I was thinking I need to upload all my pictures on my moms computer then it would work. But of course my luck I cant get the browse for pictures to work... so still no pictures!!
I do have a before and after pictures to show people of me as well. I got my Hemangeyona (I know that is spelled way wrong) anyways I got it removed off my head! yeah!! So today I am headed home and am so excited for the drive... ha yeah right!!

The Oregon Coast

Something crazy is going with our little Macbook, I downloaded my pictures and now they are not here, its weird some of them are and most are not. Anyways I am so sad about it because I lost a BUNCH of pictures of our trip to the cost, (and I deleted them off my camera because I thought all was good) I did end up finding some more in a weird place so here is what I have and it works for now... Ethan and I after a mile of running on the beach making our drip sandcastle.

Dont know where the other clamming pictures went but I'm glad this one was safe, we all had boots on and went clamming and crabing, this next one is Ethan with a crab we got!!

This is in our little loft in the cabin we stayed in... of course the one with the AMAZING view didn't want to stay on my computer. ugh
We had a fun time and stayed 3 days and the weather was perfect!

California anyone??

I got a call Saturday night from my sister in law now I am in Folsom... I went to church, went home, packed, got the kids ready and at 4:15 went to the airport and here we are!

I LOVE the sun! I got a one way ticket so I dont know when I will be back!

So again this is where I will be!! I will try to figure the picture thing out this time!

I am going to try and get me a tan, before I have to go home to rain!! Along with helping this sweet family, my sister in law is doing ok, just needs some extra hands and I am glad she called!

I made it home...

Well, after 5 and a half weeks in Cali, I was really happy to come home until I saw the clouds, and the rain, and the pile of clothes I needed to clean and put away. But looking at all the pictures I took here is a little recap (ok big) of what I did! I really did enjoy every bit of it, it flew by. I got to know Lisa a lot more and it was great, I totally feel like I have another sister. I would do it again anytime. I really think I may just talk Erik into moving to Cali when we are done. We did go look at a house, it was ONLY 600,000! It was a fun dream house to look at anyways!!

Ethan and Sadie were loving the sun getting up and heading out back, Ethan in his pj's and boots, and Sadie sneaking around in the garage.

I made Lisa a birthday dinner of Chicken cordon bleu, twice baked potatoes, salad and rolls! ummm! The girls decorated that is why we had Happy New Year hats, Hannah really liked them...
Then a better then ummm Cake, which I made alittle different turned out really yummy!

We headed to Jelly Belly Factory, it was really fun it was just the kids 3 and under.

At there library they have this train so we had to ride!

This is the family I stayed with, they have 5 sweet kids who I got to know a lot better.

But the best part about the whole trip was I talked Erik into coming to get me and the Hulets gave us a night out so we went out to eat, then went to the Marrett and Erik had planed a head and had all this waiting for us when we got back to the hotel. So it was so nice the first night totally away from both kids! It was so what we needed after a long month of kids and studies and from being away from each other!
