Answered prayers

So this is where I have been, I have been in search of a sewing machine since mine broke before Christmas. And on Christmas morning my sweet heart surprised me with a sewing machine, he did great, it just didn't do everything I needed it to. So when we got to Portland I went to every store to find what I needed, and of course all of them were WAY over our price range, so I turned to Craigs list.
So thank you good man, I saw this add for this Baby Lock that is priced at the stores for 1300 on sale for 995, and he had it listed for 300 so I get in contact with him hoping its just a really nice rich guy and not stolen or something. Well as you can see HE WAS A VERY NICE GUY!! Not that a 1300 dollar machine was enough he asked if I needed a serger! So I got it for 100 along with more then 100$ in notions and treads and everything he piled on all for 400 total!! He was so nice, it was his hobby last year now he is moving on to painting.
He gave me the receipts for them he bought them last year, they both look and sew like new!! I am still just soooo excited, this machine can do everything- it treads the needle and even cuts the tread when your done sewing, it has 178 different stitches with 3 alphabet. So this is where I have been. Playing and having so much fun with both my new machines!!
My prayers were answered 10 fold.

Now my friend Emily has to teach me how to use a serger!!

Ebay Rocks!!

(This is my add I had on Ebay thanks to my sisters mad skills!)

I found this cute little guy at Goodwill for 3 dollars and thought he was so cute, I wonder how much they were selling for at Build a Bear and they were not there so I looked on Ebay and well I put him up the next few days and he sold today for $76.72, so I am smiling tonight with my $73.72 dollars I made! So yeah for people who pay way to much for a stuffed animal!!

Little tidbits

Before I go crazy thinking about me ever catching up I better start now and try to get some done. I HATE internet problems- let me add!!

I am having fun looking at old pictures on Susan and Ricks computer! So that is why I have these random picutures that have nothing to do with me catching up! But I always like to look at pictures so I added these ones!

Well life has been busy; we have made it one whole year through school, well in two weeks!! I am so proud of Erik for doing so well and balancing family with his Huge amount of school! I have to say I have made it one whole year living under my in-laws I think I need some credit! ;)

August flew by Sadie went to her 9 month apt. and of course she is 97% Bigger then anyone her age! She weighs 22 pounds- She could be turned around in her car seat- to bad we have to wait 3 more months for her to be one!! She will be 10 months in just a few days! I have officially started my little bag making with 2 bags sold this last week! I am getting excited about it, both people I sold to really like them so that make me feel even more excited! My in-laws are out of town so I am using there computer so here are some cute pictures of Ethan when he was Sadies age, its funny he had no teeth and Sadie has 7!

We miss you honey...

Erik starts finals next week and we want to wish him good luck and we are excited to see you in a few days!! WE MISS YOU!!

I have been slacking big time with my posts, its because I am living it up with my family. I have so much to report and I have just been so busy. Also I am having trouble getting my pictures off my mom's computer. So just to give you a taste of what I have been up to, here are some pictures of a bag I made. My sister has a business doing car seat covers and she is doing amazing, we have been talking about me starting to make things to go along with it. So I have made these bags and nursing covers- (which those pic. are on my camera) So when everything is up and running I will let you all know more about it, but I am way excited about them and its that something I have been looking for.

I am heading home very soon and am so excited to see my sweet-heart it has been a long 3 weeks without him!

I am sure there will be a string of posts when I get home and get my pictures on here.
