They both had Parties this year Sadie was a princess party and Ethan had Cars 2 party! Very fun, Loved making there cakes one of my most favorite things about b.days!

Ethan Starts Kindergarten

Ethan started school today at Gilbert Art's academy it is a charter school so he has to wear uniform which I LOVE, when I moved here I was kinda excited we live right across the street from school but then talking to everyone in our ward they said the school wasn't very good at all. 

So he is going here, it is a public charter school so I don't pay a crazy amount.

But the supply's were a little steep- all this plus more I just didn't buy like 9.50 worth of yellow copy paper... and 6 more Large glue sticks.. And then on top of this a 40$ art's and crafts fee- 

I might sounds like I am complaining, cuz I am, but I accually was really excited to go out and get the stuff. I am just excited, so far I am LOVING this school for him- 

He goes 8-3 Mon- Thurs. and Friday its 8-12:30

He had a great frist day he was tiered and said he wanted to fall asleep in his desk..

His Favorite thing was: Meeting new people (way to go Ethan)

Lest Favorite thing was: he ate his snack right after lunch instead of snake time..

Kids Club

 Cool thing they do at the mall here, every Thursday they have some sort of presentation, today was a hip hop dancer teaching the kids to dance.. my kids not to into it.. but the Carousal was the winner this week and well they get to ride it free every week! Its a double decker one.. Glad I have made friends to show me these fun things to do! 

 Sadie had a death grip on me and that pole... it may take some getting use to...

With his alphabet book he made and his best friend Carson (who is 3 1/2 who's mom is the other teacher so he gets to go) Glad Ethan befriended him he is cute, turns out he has an older brother who is Ethan age who well he's younger then Ethan to. but long story short. Great family we have done things with them. next post..  So glad Ethan befriend him. Also one of the only other LDS kids in his class. 

 ANYWAYS...

So proud of him- his is not the shy kid that I thought he was going to be he out grew that. He still is quite and I did get a note brought home once that said he couldn't stop laughing! 

He's growing up to be one sweet heart!

Oh also forgot to say Erik wasn't going to be able to make it but he did. We were all so happy I didn't have a fun time carrying Mitch a watermelon with fruit kabob things sticking out everywhere.  So I was probably most happy to see him sneak in. 

I wish my camera worked better grrr, all these pictures are weird..

The wedding

They came and found me dressed and ready for their wedding! 

The funny thing about this is they were begging me to take a picture.. Im sure Sadie can blackmail him latter with it!

Big five

He's five, my baby boy is 5!

He wanted to have a Wall.e party and so what better thing to do then watch the move... no work in that, right?  Well funny thing is- They didn't even watch Wall.e I did a switcharew and watched How to Train A Dragon, I think Wall.e is boaring and we hadn't seen How to Train A Dragon so there you have it. And it was great!!

They had Pizza and bread stick's then popcorn and after the movie we did the cake and ice cream. 

And this is what you get when you ask another little kid to take your picture!!

They only get the person they care about in it. 

So I made someone else take a picture and Ethan wouldn't smile... 

I don't really know what he is doing!

He was done with the pictures, And I only wanted a good one of us... didn't get one..

His friends and cousins 

Ethan has been on a Wall.e kick this year, hence our Halloween costume 

which we left in Preston, if I would have known he wanted a Wall.e b-day I would have brought it home... And one other thing.. Took it to P-town for Halloween and he didnt even wear it! 

Anyways...

This time he wanted Wall.e in his box with just his eye's peering out.. I added the wheels with the extra cake..

The Favors were rice crispy treats with a letter E on them for Ethan or Wall.e. And yes that is what I did for Sadie's Party I had extra.. And had to think fast. 

We had a great time and his friends were so nice, he got exactly what he wanted.. Lego's and that is what he has been playing with the every day since. (And his dad has been playing with every day since.)

Ethan in the picture and Mitchell with the cute smile. They do look alike hu! But Ethan has him some cute dimple.  Which we still don't know where he got!  

Just heard Ethan ask Erik what it feels like to be a dad... And Erik said well pretty awesome, I don't think I'm the best dad though... and Ethan said- You are the bestest dad I ever had!

I just had to post today just to say its 10.10.10

Here is some funnies of today-
Ethan came home and said he made a new friend at church and her name is a$$ and I'm like What? Ash?? is her name Ashley and she said Ash?? no mom her name is A$$.

I just started laughing and said that's silly, I think you need to ask her her name again.

Then before church Sadie started singing to Mitchell, she sang, Mitchell my B-chell... (but the real thing) this is the second time I have heard her sing this song to him.

So I had both kids come at me with swear words today!

Sadie kept singing it, and singing it and I know if I tell her not to she will just do it more so I'm going to let it pass for right now!! But it was kinda funny-

As for Mitchell he is starting to smile all the time, its so fun!

One more funny-

Ethan had a friend over and I was nursing and he came up to me and said,

"Is she latched on?!"

Luckily I was covered or I think he would have checked. 

I just started laughing and said "Yep HE is."

This kid is 4- Ethan's best friend, I'm sure glad he was concerned if Mitch was latched on right!!

I couldnt help but laugh because I'm pretty sure he heard someone say that to his mom
who also has a baby

which is a girl a few months older the Mitch.

Summers gone...

We had a great time in the pool this year,  Ethan had swim lessons while we were in Preston and he has become quite the little swimmer along with his sister! Ethan wouldn't really even get in past his knee's and now he is swimming in the deep end by himself with his little arm floaters. Makes me so happy!

I asked him these question before I read him what other kids said, I liked his answers all but the -what we have in common one... that's sad!

Someday... and alittle about Ethan

I have so much to post about but STILL my computer is dumb and I cant get my pictures downloaded- And I am sick AGAIN so I have felt like doing nothing, But to come are some fun Zoo pictures, This years garden and planting with the kids, and a NBA game Erik took me to! 

But until then I can say I have the cuties son, Last night he said-

Mom, I am going to do my goals...

I say great which ones? 

Well, when I get big I am going to be a Dad, a Dog Owner and a Garbage Truck Driver! 

I said great Ethan, I know you can do it, you just keep your goals high and you can reach them...

I just had to laugh- because I think he could reach those goals without trying to hard! It was just go cute. Oh last time he told me his goals being a Chiropractor was in there to, but not this time- He see's that his dad isn't home much to be a Dad I guess!!! and being a dad is #1 on his list!! its cute!

He also has been so funny and telling me things just so out of the blue- like tonight

He said, Mom why do I not have a cute bed cover? 

I said... ummm well I have been thinking about that to, and thought we could make you one!

He's like no, I have lots you already made, I just want a cute one like I use to have..

Its true his bed is a queen and he does have all my home-aid ones that dont really fit becasue they were my college ones that are for a twin... What a bad mom to not have a nice bed cover for my 4 year old son!! (but really it does bug me- I figure he will probably be downsizing his bed when we move)

Then again tonight he said mom I don't really like wrestling.. (when we were in Idaho that was the big thing to do with all the cousins) He has been practicing with dad a lot lately...

So I'm like why not?

Umm, its taking all of my muscle away, because I have to push so hard and all my muscles go away- 

And well I have a HUGE ear ache and so I'm trying to tell him that it is actually making his muscles grown but he was trying to show me moves that make his muscles go away and well I think my ear was and is going to explode at any point of me moving so I just had to stick with- oh, its good for you. now go brush your teeth!

he's cute and he has these big concerns lately and I just love to see this kid use his brain and think of the things he thinks of.

2 great kids

I have the cuties kids, I just love them, they are both so excited to have a baby brother. Ethan wants to name it Roxyo Prealeeo he must think that is a boys version of Roxy Pearl.

And Sadie says the babys should be called Sobe dobe doa- They are so sweet and I thought it was time I do some bragging! 

Ethan is so sweet and kind, he is very shy when he is around new people but then as soon as he warms up he is so nice, he plays well with everyone he plays with. He still loves to cuddle up with mom and I am so happy for that. He is my go to man, and if he says no, I just say hey I could count and see how fast you could do it and he loves that.

Now Sadie, she is our Sassy Sadie who LOVES to scream at her brother and spends lots of time in timeout for screaming but she loves her brother so much and she LOVES giving kisses, I think I get more then 25 a day, Shes very giving when Ethan has and apple and I ask for a bite no way would I get one but Sadie would give me the whole thing if it made me happy! She loves to cuddle and I love that.

I just needed to brag on them a little- thats my job right!

Ethan and I went through some of my old things and we found one of my basketball trophy's and he was big time "WOWed" So I told him we would go outside and have a few races, and he could win my trophy.  So I worked him hard and gave a trophy for his hard work. It was so fun...

As soon as he can dribble a ball I am sure I will help him with his b-ball skills! Its was fun to show him that his mom played sports. Cant wait to see if he will like to play or take after his dad...
